Estimate, inspection and final offer

The estimate equals 60% of the matching Zaltova sale price for your exact model, configuration and assessed condition, rounded down to whole US dollars. For example, a $400 store price gives a $240 estimate.

Two separate payments

You pay the normal total for the new purchase. The old device has its own record and is paid after inspection and agreement on the final value; its estimate is not deducted at checkout.

If no verified matching price exists, the device is damaged, or key details need checking, our team assesses it individually. Every estimate remains subject to inspection.

Describe the device accurately

Give the correct model, storage, network or carrier and any other requested configuration. Describe damage, faults, account locks, battery condition and required accessories accurately. Only offer a device you are allowed to sell.

The old-device value may exceed the new purchase price. For example, a $310 purchase is still paid as $310, while an accepted $400 old-device value is paid separately after inspection.

Handover, data erasure and timing

Back up your data and remove personal accounts, activation locks and device-management profiles. Erase personal data before handover and include the accessories listed in your assessment. We confirm handover arrangements with you before you send a device.

An online estimate does not book a shipment or move money. Our team confirms eligibility, handover details and any final offer before a device is sent or a payout arranged.

Cancelling, changing value and returning a device

You may cancel a saved sale or trade-in before handover. After handover, contact support about the next steps. If inspection changes the value, review the updated offer and decide whether to accept it or ask for the device back. A pending return does not trigger a payout.

Pick the right option

A cash sale needs no new purchase. A trade-in record can be linked to a completed purchase, but the purchase payment and the old-device payout stay separate.
