The device is better than I expected. Order good condition and honestly it looks brand new. So happy I gave it a try and did not spend the extra hundreds for a new one.

Everything perfect - seller in Colorado sent a long at beautiful 65-watt power supply that I was not expecting: Bravo to them for that, as a similar device I had been using for a decade or more had only just failed a few days earlier - ! So that was perfect. And now about the Chromebook: I'm still trying to figure out why it was classed as only "Good" when it seems to me to be absolutely perfect. Looks and feels brand-new. Could not have asked for more - very happy with Zaltova and its supplier.

Laptop is running well, and performs great. Screen looks excellent. However, there is significant bending in the screen near the bottom, and one of the hinges is in rough shape. Left arrow key was very mushy and needed a good cleaning to make it usable again.

It's great for what we needed-- something portable and lightweight to take around, easily, that is powerful enough to stream videos.
