I received what was supposed to be a kindle fire hd 8 and it turned out to be a regular android because the system was corrupted. I’m highly upset but you know what I’ll keep it cause they couldn’t give me a solution to it anyway

The device when opened displayed gibberish letters--impossible to read. DISAPPOINTING! Am returning the malfunctioning devise for a refund. Have ordered another Kindle Fire 8 which I did knowing the first order experience was not good, possibly exposing myself to another device problem.

it has arrived running on a different software then what it is supposed to be running I can't do anything. There's not even an app store. I can't even download the Kindle app on the Kindle. I can't read books on the device built for reading books
