Love them! They sound great, look great no scratches, and the price was great. Customer service is out of this world. I knew when my order was confirmed and every other step of the way until it was delivered at my house. Then I was asked to make sure it was recieved and if I am enjoying them. Amazing communication with customers. I will definitely purchase again and refer others to as well.

Unfortunately the product they sold me had a very very bad odor. I am still trying to get the smell out and not sure how....I have tried to swab the headphones with alcohol, Clorox wipes, antibacterial soap etc but the smell seems to be in the product material itself, which is extremely disappointing. When i wanted to replace the headphones, the company simply sent me the same headphones. In fact, it may have been different but the smell exists in these headphones as well!! Which leads me to believe that they are all sitting in a musty warehouse somewhere in which the smell gets imbibed into the material. I will continue to work on the "musty" smell but because of this experience i will never purchase used headphones from this company again. The price is great but unfortunately the smell really has ruined the experience.
