I love buying second hand for so many reasons. Everything went without a hitch except ONE thing. The seller sent the monitor packed in styrofoam peanuts. It's such a maddening unpacking process with peanuts that if it happened again I'd seriously reconsider purchasing another. This isn't the 1980's, there are far superior packing products that can be used today. Might be a good idea to communicate that to your sellers. Otherwise, I appreciate what you're doing and will continue to purchase from your site. Thanks! Ryan

This was my third purchase from Zaltova and the condition of the monitor is not at all good. It has just bad! There were so many scratches all over the body and the monitor screen that I had once thought to return it. My earlier purchases from Zaltova all went well but this one was terribly wrong. I hope the Zaltova thoroughly check the 3rd part vendors before they let them sell things on this website. I did not exchange the item simply because I did not want the hassle to again pack a 27" monitor. Also, since I mostly use this as a desktop in the guest room of my house, I thought to still keep it. But this was a bed purchase overall.

It is working good. But, too much scratched all around surface. It's looks "grade D". I expected grade A or B. Thanks.
