Overall, I am pleased with the chrome books (I ordered 2 for Christmas presents), but I would like to let you be aware of 1 issue... one of them would not charge, nor was a battery status showing on the toolbar...went into the power settings and it wasn't showing there either... I contacted your supplier, and they told me to return it (week before Christmas), I replied to them that it was as if there wasn't a battery in it, but based on weight, I knew there had to be... so I removed the back of the unit, and the battery was not connected, so I connected it and it proceeded to charge without issue... I'm saying this because had I sent it back, one of my granddaughters would have had to wait until January I'm sure to have gotten it returned. I feel they should have asked more questions with a tech person to resolve, than to have just said try a different charger and then "return it".

Looks like new, no screen scratches, low battery when received about 20% but has been charging at 100% since. Excellent price and better than expected.

I've been trying to contact you. The app through the email wasn't working. That said.. I'm very happy with my laptop. It exceeds my expectations. The communication and delivery were excellent. I received the product exactly when Greg said I would. Yes, I recommend Zaltova to anyone. Great quality, price and service.
