Scanner arrived without USB power/data cable as specified in Zaltova listing (" The product ships with all relevant accessories, a minimum 90-day warranty, and may arrive in a generic box.") There was no manual or software either. After finding my own USB cables, I still couldn't install it. The computer wasn't seeing it. Eventually, I found it was because the USB port on the scanner has an intermittent connection. Once I held the jiggled the port during install, the scanner power light illuminated and I was able to install it using downloaded software and drivers. As long as I don't move it, and use my own USB cable, it seems to function, so it's not worth a wasteful cost of shipping back. I just wish Zaltova had accurate listings and the quality control was better, because this happens more often than it should.
