I was very septic buying a refurbished phone. But reading reviews and good ratings and excellent price i wanted to try. Better than expected. Not a single scratch or anything showing it’s not brand new, except the box it came in. Not original packaging. All setup was smooth like on a new one. Only added a case. Very impressed and will use Zaltova again.

So, I traded my old device for this one. Once I read that the device is in "Good" condition, I expected scratches on the back opening the package. I was mistaken. The device came in fair condition, that's exactly what I ordered. I had a problem (not used to Samsung) and thought the device was wrong, Zaltova was RIGHT THERE immediately, patiently and offered a refund... Later I found out I was wrong not the device. The phone looks like new. It came in a couple of days. So far I have no complaints. Even though it's a fold and like having two phones in my pocket, it weighs about the same as my 21 ultra, so there's no weight difference.
