I leave the blank face because it’s the perfect mix of good and bad. The product was described as “very good” condition, cosmetically it was, but functionally not so much. There’s the doesn’t face. The happy face to balance it out? Exceptional customer service for a return and I was able to get my money back. If theres an issue, they’ll absolutely rectify it.

It obviously wasn't refurbished. Bought an "excellent" quality controller and what I got had major cosmetic damage, buttons didn't work, and the joystick had drift right out of the box.
