Shipping was fast, and the phone works like a dream. I upgraded from a Galaxy S20 FE and couldn't be happier. I didn't want the AI integration of the newer Samsung phones, so the Moto G Stylus 5G 2024 fits that bill perfectly. It runs all my apps fast and smoothly. For a 2-year-old phone, it was a spectacular deal. I couldn't find an S24 in this price range. This phone is awesome. One note: to avoid frustration when upgrading phones, log the new phone into the network and run all system updates. This way you're not restarting the phone you're currently using every few minutes.

Device was as described with superficial wear and tear. Everything about it is going smoothly and you can't beat the price for the amount of phone you get. Plus the micro SD card slot AND headphone jack? This purchase was a no brainer.

The phone looks perfect and works great. My only complaint is, the phone was already setup somewhat when I got it. I tried to continue and get it set up with my accounts and apps but, decided it was best to just reset it again and start over. Once I did that, it set up perfectly.

The Motorola Moto G Stylus 5G (2024) stands out as a practical step up for those who love a hands-on approach to creativity without splurging on flagship extras. Released in April 2024, it brings stylus capability to the mid-range world—no magic, just a digital pen for when your thumbs need a break. With a large display and snappy Snapdragon processor, it’s built for streaming, sketching, and multitasking, even if it’s running a bit behind the curve in a couple of places. Two generations removed from the brand’s latest, it’s still a very solid everyday performer. (Official specs / GSMArena)

Key features:

Release Date: April 2024
Display: 6.7-inch FHD+ pOLED, 120Hz refresh rate
Processor: Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1
Camera: 50MP main with OIS + 13MP ultrawide rear, 32MP front camera
Stylus Support: Integrated stylus for drawing and notes
Operating System: Ships with Android 14
Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi 6 (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax)
5G compatible: for fast download and streaming speeds

Who is this for?

The Motorola Moto G Stylus 5G (2024) is ideal for students, avid note-takers, digital artists, and multitaskers who want a bigger screen and stylus for less. It targets users who appreciate the balance between creativity and productivity—think less flagship, more reliable sidekick. If you need a stylus but want to avoid Samsung’s price tags, this is your mid-range champ. Note: For intensive gaming or advanced camera features, you might want to check flagship models like the Motorola Edge 40 Pro.

Pros & Cons: Pros Cons Integrated stylus for detailed input and creativity. Not a flagship chipset—performance is solid but not top-tier. Large 120Hz pOLED display for smooth visuals. No official water resistance rating, so careful near puddles (or pools). Latest Android 14 OS right out of the box. Mono speaker—no stereo sound for media buffs.
