My new headphones came looking just like to well... new! They sound awesome of , and with the open back, my wife can't sneak up behind me so easily now. One word of caution: I didn't find the tiny phono adapter until a week later, so check your packaging carefully before throwing it away.

These things were like new - in fact I think they com from Sennheiser themselves! And they got here faster than listed! And they're a great deal! The HD599 are a little bass heavy for reference and highly critical listening but lord these are a really enjoyable set of headphones! The open ear design creates a panoramic soundfield that is a joy to listen to and the far less fatigue bc of the open back. Great deal, great product!

Came in mint condition! The packaging is different from the usual one you get when you buy it new. This one is made of brown cardboard, but that's no big deal. I've had it for a couple of weeks now, and the sound is awesome, as expected from an audiophile-grade headphone from Sennheiser. My only minor issue is that it didn't come with an inline mic, but I contacted the seller and that was resolved. Overall great buy.

The product was in "like new" condition, and promptly shipped. I actually got it a day earlier than promised, and this during the holiday season. I am very impressed by Zaltova here.

So far so good - it works as well as my first one which was new. Have not used much it is a 2nd headphone for 2nd person on piano. Will need more time to see if it holds up.

Listing is incorrect, Headphone does not come with microphone. 2 different Zaltova support agents said I could return after the 30 days. They sent me return instructions and I wasnt able to download the attached shipping label. Then all of a sudden they say I cant return and will issue a 20% refund. But they didnt even give me a 20% refund. It was less than that. Avoid Zaltova. Listings are riddled with errors and customer support is awful. Terrible representation of sennheiser
