It started with not being able to track my purchase. I received a tracking number, but every time I checked the USPS postal site it said it wasn’t able to be tracked. Zaltova helped resolve that issue. I ordered “excellent” condition. The back camera or cover is crooked, ok. The phone has been green screen glitching since I opened it! I wish I just ordered a new phone because I spent almost $1000. Bummer…I’ve ordered several refurbished iPhones from other sites that were in “good” condition and came in much better and much less expensive than this site. I’m planning to return it asap.
