Received 'good' condition and I don't see any flaws. It came with an after market charger cord and usb that are mismatched but I already have plenty of chargers so no issue with it. I don't see any flaws anywhere personally. Keyboard is tested, max capacity is 86% and battery cycles around 250. I appreciate spending a little bit more for the Zaltova warranty and would definitely recommend based on my experience. I purchased to use as a dedicated computer for a new business I'm starting up and was nostalgic for the 2020 MacBook Pro with a Touch Bar so I'm so happy to have this!
