I was initially hesitant about buying a refurbished iPhone 16 Pro (512GB), after seeing mixed reviews online, then i figured buying a new one might be better. However, I decided to go with Zaltova’s 'Premium' tier, and honestly I am blown away! The phone arrived in literal 'like-new' condition, zero battery cycles and 100% battery health!! Thank you Zaltova for the honest service and for exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend Zaltova if you're looking for quality without the brand-new price tag

As usual Zaltova came through with flying colors. I was nervous about getting a phone in anything less than Excellent condition, but this time around, a replacement phone was an unplanned event, so I risked it. Was I pleasantly surprised that you cannot see scratches unless you look closely, and the screen is perfect... I am ecstatic! My Apple Watch now works (reason for the replacement) and I'm receiving iOS updates again on my shiny "newish" phone! I always recommend Zaltova to my friends, and I will continue to do so! A big "Thank you!" to you guys... you did it again!

Once I figured out how to complete the setup, everything worked beautifully. It's so nice to have a really good camera on my phone, great storage, and a really good processor. I did ask for help from customer service at one point and they were fantastic and helpful. The phone is in great shape, no scratches or dings or anything that bothers me and I'm a very happy camper

Switching over to the iPhone 16 was great! It was really easy to switch from an older iPhone to the iPhone 16 with the eSIM because I didn't have to "open up" my phone and re-install my SIM or bother with changing to a nano-SIM card.

Everything went well and smoothly. I purchased the premium and there was not a scratch on the exterior of the phone or any of the sides or the screen. Came with the charger cord. Ordered on a for day and received on a Monday. It’s very pink which i love. Very easy to set up.
